Notice to Public – Dates of Ordinary Meeting of Council 2026
Pursuant to Part 2, Section 4 of the Local Government (Meeting Procedures) Regulations 2025, notice is hereby given that the Ordinary Monthly Meetings of the Tasman Council to be held in 2026 will be held at the following times and locations:
4th Wednesday at 5.00pm for the following months:
28 January, 25 February, 25 March,22 April, 27 May, 24 June, 22 July, 26 August, 23 September,28 October,25 November
Meetings held on 28 January, 25 February, 25 March will be held at Nubeena CWA, 1634 Main Road Nubeena and will commence at 5.00pm.
All meetings from April 2026 to be at Council Chambers, 1713 Main Road, Nubeena unless otherwise determined by Council.
Meeting to be held on 09 December commencing at 5.00pm will be preceded by the Tasman Council Annual General Meeting 2025, commencing at 4.30pm.
All agenda papers will be available four (4) days prior to the meeting at the Council Office and on Councils website.

Public Question Time
Members of the public may address the Council during Public Question Time. In accordance with Regulation 36 of the Local Government (Meeting Procedures) Regulations 2025, Council will allocate a period of fifteen minutes for Public Question Time. The intention is to provide the public with an opportunity to come and ask a question directly to Council, information provided by Council to the public is not to be debated during the meeting. Council will determine any other procedures to be followed in respect of public question time at an ordinary council meeting.
