Tasman Council invites community members, event organisers, local businesses, organisations and other stakeholders to provide feedback on the – Draft Tasman Events Strategy
The Draft Strategy that has been based on considerable community and stakeholder input has been developed to guide the future planning, development and support of events across the Tasman region. It aims to strengthen the role of events in enhancing community wellbeing, supporting local businesses, showcasing the region’s unique character and attracting visitors throughout the year.
Council is seeking input from the community and stakeholders to ensure the Strategy reflects local priorities, opportunities and aspirations for events in the Tasman municipality. Please submit your comments or suggestions via email to by 4pm on Monday 12 October.
Your feedback will help shape the final Tasman Events Strategy and inform Council’s approach to supporting events across the municipality in the years ahead.
