Community Housing Units
Tasman Council own eight units under the Tasman Community Housing Program. The units are centrally located in Nubeena and situated adjacently to the Tasman Health and Community Services and Tasman Medical Centre. They are within easy walking distance to facilities including a pharmacy, post office and independent supermarket.
The eligibility criteria for occupation of a unit aim to provide housing for persons in receipt of an age, service or disabilty pension and who are in immediate and severe housing needs.
