Hiring Council Facilities

All hirers of any council owed facility, halls and recreation grounds, must have public liability insurance.

Tasman Council Public Liability Insurance is only available for non- sporting groups (Fee 2017/18 for all facilities $26.50)

All facilities, halls and recreation grounds require a deposit to be paid before hire of the facilities. This will be returned once the facility has been inspected after the event.

Deposit fee 2017/18 for all facilities $150.00 (no alcohol) and $300.00 (with alcohol). With this deposit is returned once the facility has been inspected by Council and no damage was found.
